Internet Instruction and Workshops are available from the Continuing Studies Office of the Faculty of Library and Information Science, University of Toronto. Late registration is an extra 25.00. The course runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and includes coffee, a catered lunch, handout, and 1.5 mb of Internet goodies. Demonstrations and hands-on of FTP 6. Demonstrations of Veronica, and Archie 7. Demonstrations and hands-on of use Telnet. 8. Demonstrations and hands-on use of Gopher. 9. Demonstrations of WAIS and WWW. 10. Information overload or how to love your delete key. In 1994 the course will be split into introductory and advanced sessions.
