Mi nombre es Sergio Oquendo Heraud y soy un abogado peruano especializado en
mercado de capitales, finanzas corporativas y operaciones internacionales.
Presto servicios en el Estudio Muniz, Forsyth, Ramirez & Luna-Victoria,
Lima, Peru.

Estudie en la Universidad Catolica y en Columbia University School of Law en
New York, donde obtuve el grado de "Master of Laws".  Luego de graduarme de
Columbia, trabaje como foreign associate en Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy,
Nueva York, en el Grupo de Capital Markets.

Tengo 30 anos y soy soltero; me gusta la musica, la literatura
contemporanea, la buena cocina y el buen vino, montar bicicleta y patinar.
Me considero un conservacionista y trato lo mas posible de vivir en armonia
con el medio ambiente.  Amo viajar y conocer gente cosmopolita.

My name is Sergio Oquendo Heraud, I am a Peruvian attorney whose practice
area is capital markets, corporate finance and international deals.  I work
at Muniz, Forsyth, Ramirez & Luna-Victoria Counselors at Law in Lima, Peru.

I studied law at the Catholic University in Lima, and at Columbia University
School of Law in New York, where I graduated from the Master of Laws
program.  Upon graduation at Columbia, I was a foreign associate at Milbank,
Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, New York, in the Capital Markets Group.

I am 30 and single. I love music, contemporary literature, excelente cousine
and wines, biking and rollerblading.  I consider myself an environmentalist,
and I try to live as much as I can in harmony with the environment.  I love
to travel and to meet cosmopolitan people.
