Welcome to all!  We have finally made it back from the far reaches
of...the outer unix universe.  We will work daily to get this area
up and informative.  It is our aim to be responsive to the needs and
questions of the Free Net Community.  There will be information on
assistive technology (of coarse), on the TechACCESS Center, including
newsletters, and on the Rhode Island Assistive Technology Access
Partnership.  There will be two forums available, one for public
discussion,and one moderated to provide information, referral, and
current resources in answer to specific questions or comments.  Check
