Class VSS Facility: Have 6 months operating experience in very small water system or higher. Grade I Treatment: Meet educational requirements satisfactory to the Advisory Committee and demonstrate ability to operate water supply facility with limited supervision. Grade II Treatment: Hold grade IT certificate with full time employment in treatment of drinking water for one year after certification. Grade III Treatment: Have Grade IIT certificate and employment as above for two years after certification. Grade IV Treatment: Hold Grade IIIT certificate and employment as Grade III for one year after certification. NOTE: For alternate requirements, consult licensing agency. R.I.
