Plans, organizes, manages, executes and evaluates one or more of
the many diverse elements comprising the field of environmental
health. A sanitarian may construct and utilize environmental
health programs and set health and sanitation standards for
public facilities.

AGE:              21 years or older

CITIZENSHIP:      Not required. If foreign born, must provide
                  proof of legal entry into the United States.

RESIDENCY:        No requirement

RECIPROCITY:      No EDUCATION AND     Hold a bachelor's degree in sanitary science or
   EXPERIENCE:    sanitary engineering from an accredited school,
                  OR hold a bachelor's degree with thirty
                  semester hours of basic science and special
                  training in sanitation, OR have completed two
                  years in an accredited college with fifteen
                  semester hours in basic science and special
                  training in sanitation and two years experience
                  in public health sanitation, OR hold a
                  bachelor's degree in dairy science or    
                  management with fifteen semester hours in basic
                  science.
                  Be of good moral character.
