indoor areas for entertainment events such as rock concerts.

RESIDENCY:        Not required  

RECIPROCITY:      NoEDUCATION AND     Be sponsored by a licensed pyrotechnic
   EXPERIENCE:    operator.
                  Have at least three years of on-the-job
                  training with a licensed operator.
                  Pass State Police Bureau of Criminal
                  Identification check.
                  Pass psychiatric examination.
                  Must carry liability insurance in amount
                  determined by local authority.
