                    Complete an approved program within five
                    years.
                  Five year professional certificate:
                    Complete six graduate credits in
                    administration.
                    Complete three years of service as
                    elementary/secondary principal while holding
                    provisional certificate.
                  Life professional certificate:
                    Hold doctorate or certificate of advanced
                    graduate study from an accredited school.
                    Complete six years experience as
                    elementary/secondary principal, three of
                    which must be in Rhode Island.
