LEAD HAZARD REDUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsible for on-site oversight of lead hazard reduction
activities in accordance with the Rhode Island Rules and
Regulations for Lead Poisoning Prevention [R23-24.6-PB].  A site
supervisor is employed by and works under the general direction
of a Lead Hazard Reduction Contractor.  A site supervisor is also
responsible for supervision of licensed Lead Hazard Reduction
Workers and Workers-in-Training when the Contractor is not
present.  

AGE:             None specified by Rhode Island statue or
                 regulation. However, OSHA regulations would
                 effectively eliminate anyone under 18 years of
                 age.

EDUCATION AND    Successful completion of a forty hour Rhode
   EXPERIENCE:     Island approved Lead Contractor/Site
                   Supervisor training course.

RI EXAM:         Written and practical

RENEWAL:         Annual.  Requires successful completion of RI
                 approved eight hour annual review course.

FEES:            $75 per year
