LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Plans and designs the development of land areas such as
residential and recreational areas, parks and public facilities.
Strives to develop land areas that are attractive, functional and
environmentally appropriate,  analyzes the natural elements such
as climate, drainage, soil and vegetation.

AGE:           21 years or older

CITIZENSHIP:   Not required. If foreign born, must be a legal
               resident of the United States.

RESIDENCY:     No requirement

RECIPROCITY:   YesEDUCATION AND  Graduate of a college or school of landscape
   EXPERIENCE:   architecture approved by the licensing board and
                 two years experience under the supervision of a
                 licensed (referred to as "registered" by the
                 certifying agency) landscape architect,
                                   OR
               Six years experience under the supervision of a
                 licensed ("registered") landscape architect.
