Assembles, plants, and detonates charges of industrial explosives
to loosen earth and other materials or to demolish structures to
facilitate removal.


AGE:            21 years or older

CITIZENSHIP:    Not required

RESIDENCY:      No requirement

RECIPROCITY:    NoEDUCATION AND   Must be sponsored by a licensed blaster.
   EXPERIENCE:  Experience usually obtained by working with a
                   licensed blaster.
                Must pass State Police Bureau of Criminal
                   Identification check.

RENEWAL:        Annual (provided no violations during past year)
