 Head for the Civic Center/Convention Center... 

 Park in the Providence Journal employee parking lot. The lot is just
 before a small Dunkin Donuts shop; you may need to circle around the
 PJ building to find it. 

 Lot opens for IUG attendees at 6pm. Tell the guard you are attending 
 IUG meeting in the auditorium. The auditorium opens at 6:30 pm and the
 meeting begins at 7pm. See you there!
