Wb96 Changed name to Excalibur

This version is based on WB96 Beta 14, the last version
I made I think is beta 16 or beta 18, that version
how ever is lost in my Amiga Disk collection and
featured launch programs from start bar,

This version of Excalibur 2005 edition, is improved by
removing file limit, and it uses real icons in the menu,
the start menu uses the system for opening files as
Workbench, so you do not need to configure any datatype
system, the startbar features screeen tabs for quick
and easy access to programs runing on other screens. 

( The start menu do not yet support drag & drop,
auto-close / auto-select menu is not featured,
and I think it's annoying windows feature's ;-)
and are going to be dalay by other plans. )
