 TolleUhr is an analogous clock for the Workbench (or any other
 public screen) and looks quite nice. Its localized, small and
 requires V37 of the operating system. It does work with UAE ;)

 NOTE: I release this version to the public since implementing
       some features I wanted support, turned out to be more
       complicated than I expected. Therefore I deciced to make
       this `incomplete' version available.
