Short: Launch actions depending of the type of file

	Recognizes the type of a file, thanks to the Whatis.library,
	and allows the user to perform on this file actions he would 
	have planned. E.g. you give to Exa a file that it recognizes
	the type of file, it then opens a requester giving you 
	several actions you have previously defined.
