 WriteKickDisk
 -------------

 WriteKickDisk is a shell program to make an Amiga 1000 Kickstart disk
 from a Kickstart ROM image file. Source code in C is included.

 I have made it, because sometimes in the usenet someone asks how
 to make a Kickstart disk, and I found no such program. (We should have
 it for a long time.)
 You can use Kickstart image files from GrabKick or transrom,
 but not encrypted files (from the Amiga Forever CD).

 Use a formatted double density disk in drive DF0:

 Syntax:

 WriteKickDisk <filename>
