IFF-Arranger V3.1, a GUI-based IFF-Chunk Manipulator for OS V2.x
and beyound.

Allows e.g. to change the CAMG-ViewMode Chunks of ILBM/ACBM Files,
adding of NAME, AUTH, ANNO, Copy Chunks, transfering Chunks from one
IFF-File to another, removing of unused Chunks, chaning order of chunks,
and so on

This is first version since 1994, which fixes a lot of bugs
- it is a general clean-up version.
