Scrambler ][ will encrypt any ASCII file using an 8-digit password
you supply.  "Scambled" files can only be read after "Unscrambling"
them with the SAME 8-digit password.

Scrambler ][ offers a new encryption method which is more
complex and secure than the previous version.
