This program takes a filename and changes it to upper case
or lower case.

Example : Aminet_CD_Rom becomes AMINET_CD_ROM
          or aminet_cd_rom

This program has been compiled with GCC 2.6.3 and is Ixemul
free.

The update includes a German translation of the documentation
and a GUI.
