Some simple cli commands:

    CAR, CDR, GetWord, BaseName, Tackon, Suffix, PathPart,
    FilePart, Exists, Touch, VolName, WB_Delete, ExpandArgs,
    Open, Close, ReadLn, WriteLn, SRun, SRunSX, Yes, Examine,
    SetOwner.

Changes from 1.3:
    Touch & WB_Delete now accept wildcards;
    some bugfixes;
    switched Source to Templates (Parser not included - sorry)

Source is included.

    Workbench 2.04 or better
