Screenblanker, Workbench GUI enhancements etc.

Present on Amiga Format CD #6 (Nov 1996) this particular version has WBGauge
enabled amongst other things. The latter versions required registration for WBGauge,
however the earlier version was released into the public domain with this feature
enabled.
