MidActivate is a small commodity that lets you activate the window under
the mouse with the middle mouse button.  MidActivate is very useful if
you are using MUI or BrowserII since you can start dragging objects
immediately after pressing the middle mouse button.  The source code
(DICE and SAS/C) is available on request.
