Short:    Fixes problems with eg. AMOS and MuFS

There is a stupid bug in AMOS and some other programs, which makes it
impossible to lock into any files with MultiuserFileSystem. This commodity
fixes these problems. If you have SnoopDos, you can see these buggy 
programs trying to "Read???" etc.
