Schism Tracker 0.185a for AmigaOS 4

UPDATE INFO: Linked against older libSDL. Current SDL causes ISI exception at
address 0x00000000 (SDL_CreateThread) when ran on Pre-release AOS4.

This port uses newlib.library, SDL library (static at the moment) and
"libbzip2"
library (static).

If you encounter any AmigaOS 4 related problems, think about sending a bug

Known problems:
- Some keys, for example 'F4' seems not to work. Smells like an SDL problem.
- recoverable alert 01000009 when accessing a large dir
- messy paths. This should be history when new version of newlib.library is
released, supporting realpath() function.
- Schism wasn't compiled with GCC optimizations on, because at least one XM
module I tried, had some problems with -O1..3
