*What is this ?
   This is a small program my friend and I programmed in Turbo PASCAL 6 to put into
   all the school's PCs. Hence the name ECH0 so no-one can detect it.
   Everytime the PC boots up and executes the AUTOEXEC.BAT it generates a random
   number ( from the timer ) which determines which RIP-OFF is going to be displayed.
   At the moment there's only 31 different RIP-OFFs.
   The RIP-OFFs generally rips of Microsoft and the PC.
