APM turns the Picasso-II graphics card in a cheap fast-ram expansion, I
know it's a shame to waste the graphics capabilities of this card and use
just its memory, but sometimes having 1 or 2 Mb fast ram expansion for
free is not that bad.

PV fixes an arbitration bug in village.library that initializes itself
without checking if the board is already in use by someone else. This bug
comes up only when village.library is not loaded by BindDrivers.
