Short:    IOBlixZ2 and IOBlix1200 parallel driver bugfixes

This is an update to the parallel drivers from the V37.9 release. Again some
people reported problems with some programs, so I decided to release these
bugfixes.

This archive is meant for both IOBlixZ2 and IOBlix1200.

Most recent changes:
  - a really bad bug when initializing the port made some printers going crazy
    and print crap very often. Thanks to Stephan Rupprecht for doing the
    necessary debugging, because I could not reproduce the error.
