link clients with libnet.a always. (included in the archive)

libnet.a was made by Markus Wild and is still beta. Works ok though.

Xlib will translate local:0 for local communications, 127.0.0.1 for loopback
as225, and <machine name>:0 for loopback AmiTCP.
