Short:    Patch file for TIFFView 1.16 -> 1.17

This patch fixes a bug in TIFFView 1.16.
IFF images saved by TIFFView are invalid. This makes
multiview and other programs unable to open them.

TIFFView itself however can open these files. If you generated
IFF files please open them with 1.17 and save them again.
