  PICASSO.svdriver is an external viewer module for the superview.library with
  the following features:

  - displays all images SuperView can load,
    including EHB, HAM6 and HAM8 (converted to 8/15/24 bit chunky)
  - smart automatic screen mode selection;
    falls back to autoscrolling, if no screenmode with nescessary
    specifications available
  - centers images in screens

  *NEW*
  ~~~~~
  - supports new V2 SVDriver standard:
    only Picasso screenmodes suitable for current GfxBuffer are selectable
    in SuperView,
    always correctly detects HAM/EHB
