Short:    Cleans up bvppc screen when AGA screen opens/closes

CleanRun runs a command and protects the bvppc screen.

usage  : CleanRun <command +options>

example: CleanRun AddAudioModes DBLSCAN
   (44khz without the screen going black)

if there is no command, CleanRun just cleans the screen
(make a hotkey with CleanRun to get the wb screen back after
 an AGA screen has opened/closed)

bugs: toolmanager docks dont refresh (help!?)


What CleanRun does:

   1: open a window the size of the screen 
   2: run the command
   3: open a bvppc screen
   4: close the screen
   5: close the window
 

it works for me :)
