This is minimally modified/hacked netPanzer source code. I used "make" instead
of "jam" so there is an ubersimple makefile for that...

The archive also contains a dependency library called "PhysicsFS", written by
Ryan C. Gordon and co. It's not licenced under GPL neither LGPL - see its
license for details.
