Short: A fixed version of pingpong with MUI

This is a try to be the first person on earth to release a game written
with MUI. I hope you like it. Attention, this is a beta release, but never-
theless I hope that I've found all of the bugs. Meanwhile a really bad bug
is removed (no more Busywaits in Pause Mode) ;c)
