RAW is a rewrite of the engine used in the game Another World/Out of this World.
This program is designed as a cross-platform replacement for the original
executable and uses the SDL library.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
---------------
This game is buggy and non-completeable and the project was cancelled last year
so this os4 port acts like the orginal version and therefor very buggy!.

Supported Versions:
-------------------

Only the english PC DOS version is supported ("Out of this World").

How to install?:
----------------

Put all BANK* files into the data dir and also copy the memlist.bin to the data
dir aswell.

If it (or rather WHEN it) crashes on startup with the following error: ERROR:
Resource::setupPtrs() ec=0xF07 invalid ptrId!=

then just start the game again and hopefully it will run then, if not..run it
another time... (yes, really bad)


Why release buggy crap like this?:
----------------------------------

This was released because , well i gave up and several others before me gave up
too (which is far more advanced than me..) .. anyway i tuned it to work with
latest sdk and hopefully some of you guys will atleast appriciate the working
bits of this wonderfull but abandoned and buggy game port.

Anyway i would like to thank the guys who tried before me and the guys who
helped me while i tried but in the end it just aint worth fixing the bugs as the
game is uncompleteable :-(

Note that atleast the intro + cutscenes + music/sfx + level 1+2+3 works atleast
(so you can have fun with it for some hours if youre able to start it at all
:-P)

    Arrow Keys      allow you to move Lester
    Enter/Space     allow you run/shoot with your gun
    C               allow to enter a code to jump at a specific level
    P               pause the game
    Alt X           exit the game
    Ctrl S          save game state
    Ctrl L          load game state
    Ctrl + and -    change game state slot
    Ctrl F          toggle fast mode
    Alt Enter       toggle windowed/fullscreen mode
    Alt + and -     change scaler factor
