Show/Edit/Delete cookies.

This is a beta version, funktion that are missing:

WB start   - You MUST start it from Shell.
Edit date  - You can't edit the expiersdate, use delete instead.
Config     - You MUST use AWEB-II:Cache/ as you cache dir.

NOTE: When using, don't have AWEB running!
