This is AmigaOS4 native port of FTPMount-handler based on work by
Evan Scott, Thies Wellpott, Martin R. Elsner, Rudolph Riedel and Ilkka
Lehtoranta.

This port is based upon the Morphos one done by Ilkka Lehtoranta.
To install OS4 native handler simply copy it over an existing 68k
handler. To find out how to use install and use ftpmount please take
a look into original archive.

Sources with AmigaOS4 changes are included in the archive as well
as the setup I used, ready to compile for OS4 under GoldED AIX. The
port is not necessarily perfect since I've done it rapidly, but did not
find any problem until now.
