What the @#$% is WeatherCheck ? WeatherCheck gets the weather forecast information for a specific region in Australia from the Bureau of Meteorology. You can even use WeatherCheck to get International Capital Cities forecast (IDY03031). Since I live in the metropolitan of Melbourne WeatherCheck is configured for that. To configure WeatherCheck for other parts of Australia you will need to:- 1. With your browser go to "www.bom.gov.au". 2. Select the forecast information for your region. 3. At the top of your forecast information there should be an ID code for your region. eg. Melbourne metropolitan ID is IDV10450 . Copy it and set WeatherCheck's icon ID tooltype to it. NB: Tasmanian Cities Forecast ID is IDT13400 :) Hopefully the other toolypes will be self explanatory. CLI usage is as follows:- Usage:- WeatherCheck All parameters are optional. eg. WeatherCheck IDY03031 RAM:forecast.txt To save the forecast to the clipboard use `!clip' for the file name. If no parameters are given from CLI, WeatherCheck will behave the same as if launched from the WorkBench. A demonstration CLI script is also included.
