Multi-Talk V0.92

     Multi-Talk is a multi-user teleconference chat program.  It runs
on  virtually  all  bulletin  board  systems  capable of standard I/O
external programs.  It has a wealth of internal commands with on-line
help.   External  commands  can  be  configured.   All  commands  are
operated on the basis of user levels.
