MM_AreaStatus.rexx gibt Informationen der Echo Areas eines Nodes in
MailManager aus. Mit dieser Information kann man feststellen ob in einer
Echo Area ueberhaupt was ankommt und wie alt ca. die letzten Messagen sind.
