Short: Transfers files between Amiga & PC Author: ralf@boomerangsworld.de Uploader: ralf@boomerangsworld.de Version: 2.2.0 Type: comm/misc Requires: OS >1.0 for nongui, OS 2.0 + reqtools.library V38 for GUI This is APCComm 2.2.0, a program for transfering files between Amiga and PC running Linux using a LapLink-Cable (parallel cable). It's distributed under GNU General Public License and comes with full source- code for the PC and amiga. It's fast (up to 38 KByte/s) and can also transfer whole directories. The amiga version has a gui and no configuration is needed. For the gui version (which is the default one) you need OS 2.0 and the reqtools.library V38, but there is a version without gui which runs on any OS >1.0. Changes: - fixed crashes of the amiga GUI version (stack usage was too high for default 4K stacksize) - apccomm crashed when sending files under AmigaOS<2, fixed - fixed file skipping and added overwrite all/skip all - added about/quit menu for the Amiga GUI - added "?" cli flag for the amiga version - beginning with 2.2.0 APCComm will work with any patch-version (the last digit in the version number) on the other side. So you don't have to update both sides for small changes/fixes .
