Heres  an  efficient  and well written program to keep tabs on on-line
modem  time.  It has a small GUI which allows you to reset or stop the
counter.   The  timing  and  cost is displayed on the title bar of the
window which can be inconified to save WB space..  :)
It also has AREXX support for control from scripts.
