Short:    Cleaned up voice files for AVM (Zyxel)

These are cleaned up versions of the original voice files distributed with
AVM.  Start and end pauses have been removed and some scrapes are gone now.

As a result of the cleanup, these files are approximatley half the size of
the originals.

In the near future, I will be futher cleaning up these files and performing
noise reduction and other digital effects on them.
