Reqnode is a nodelist viewer. It uses the traplist.library
to access the nodelist, and display information on the node
or point number selected.

Through tooltypes/arguments, a public screen for Reqnode to
open on can be selected, as can the directory which contains
the nodelist. (Previous versions required a nodelist: assign).

Reqnode requires Workbench 2.0+ in addition to reqtools.library
and the traplist.library (not included).
