Plutonic is a *.MSG editor for points and nodes with inbuilt serial
routines (is intended to be run as the message area of the OzMetro BBS
program, in fact).  It is intended to be used with TrapToss, and takes
advantages of many of TrapToss's advanced features.

This is the EXECUTABLE-ONLY upgrade archive.  You will need the full
archive of the old version (ie pltnic21.lha) before you can use the
contents of this archive.
