DLG 1.27 upgrade from versions 1.16 or 1.26 (1.23 through 1.25 users must
install the 1.26 upgrade before they upgrade to this version due to some
conversion issues. 1.26 is only available from the support BBS or our
web site at www.ald.net/dlg).

Synopsis of changes:

   o  FTN domains now handled in a more flexible and sensible manner

   o  File and message area templates may now be created and used to
      create areas quickly.

   o  dlgrexx.library allows access to dlg.library functions from
      Arexx scripts (limited implementation in this release, more
      functions will be added per release)

   o  Bug fixes, etc
