Overview:

   FPDD (FP Download Descriptions) allows the user to download a Description
List of the files he/she is about to download. It offers 2 different kinds
of Description Lists.

1. Standard  (A formatted, readable output!)

2. FILES.BBS (This is useful for adopting the files you have downloaded
              onto your own BBS, or when uploading to other CNet BBS's!)

   Other features include: formatted output, support for FILES.BBS type of
description, grabs descriptions from CD-roms and multiple UDBASEx: assigns,
and grabs the filenotes, if no CNet short description is available.
