This is an Acey Ducey door by Mark D Turner in HiSoftBasic.

Acey Ducey is a gambling game where two cards are dealt, and you bet on
the result that the third card dealt will be BETWEEN the two others.

You get fifteen goes and your score carries through.  After the fifteen
goes, you have a chance to make the high scores table.
