PMBSCookie displays a randomly chosen cookie (a small phrase) from a
user editable ASCII file when a user is logged into the Prometheus
Mailbox System (PMBS).

PMBSCookie may be invoked during the login or logoff process or may be
installed as an external command for a usual PMBS session.

The cookie file is pure ASCII text and may be changed easily using a
plain text editor.

Since PMBS is a German bbs system, there's just a German .guide file
included in this archive, foreign versions may be requested from the
author!
