Short: Checks for presence of new Gfiles

The Gfile-Checker was written as a fast and easy way to announce to users that 
there has been a new gfile added to the system.  The program checks the gfiles: 
directory by default and examines the "_items2" file date to see if it is a later 
time then the users last call time.  You can also add multiple gfile directories 
to be checked.
