Dropcarrier is a program written in Arexx for Cnet Amiga sysops running
version 1.98 and above. 

What Does It Do?

Ever get a user that logs on, types "WHO" and drops carrier? or people that
otherwise are just too lazy to type 'O!'? Well, Dropcarrier remebers it,
and after 3 times, it holds a grudge.... upon login the offender will get a
message that goes like this

You Have Hung Up On Me 3 Times...


   Now Its *MY* Turn
