Short: Update DirWork 2.0 release disk

This is for owners of DirWork 2.0 so that then can unarchive it to a backup
of their DirWork disk.  It provides updated configuration files and more of
them than the original release.  Also provided is DWConfigConvert V1.00
which converts 1.62 configuration files to the new 2.0 format.
